Vogelgriep vastgesteld in Marrum (23 mei 2026)

In Marrum (gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân, provincie Friesland) is vogelgriep vastgesteld op een vleeskuikenbedrijf. Om verspreiding van het virus te voorkomen, heeft het ministerie van Landbouw, Visserij, Voedselzekerheid en Natuur besloten om de circa 80.000 dieren op de locatie te laten ruimen door de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA).

Bemonsteringsfrequentie Salmonella (groot)ouderdierbedrijven per 1 juli 2026 omhoog

In 2025 is de EU-doelstelling voor Salmonellabesmettingen in (groot)ouderdieren overschreden. Hierdoor zal met ingang van 1 juli 2026 de verplichte monstername voor monitoring van zoönotische salmonella door houders van vermeerderingsdieren in Nederland worden verhoogd.

IKB Kip certified companies

A special search function helps you determine whether a poultry company is IKB certified. This search function has the following two options:

  1. Search by KIP number or IKB number (left tab) Result: the result indicates whether the company possesses an IKB certificate and, if yes, which one for the entered number.
  2. Search by certificate (right tab) Result: all KIP numbers that are IKB certified are displayed for the entered type of certificate.

The result of the search can also be exported to an Excel document.

Please realize that the search result is based on the information that is currently available in the IKB database. As a certificate can be terminated or revoked, it is important that you frequently consult the search function.
