Afvoer van consumptie-eieren en vleeskuikens uit het beperkingsgebied Kleve IV is weer mogelijk onder de onderstaande voorwaarden.
In de buurt van Kleve, deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen, net over de grens in Duitsland, is vogelgriep vastgesteld op een pluimveebedrijf.
Een beperkingsgebied (10 km) kan worden ingetrokken na 30 dagen nadat de besmetting is vastgesteld én de eerste R&O op het bedrijf heeft plaatsgevonden.
